In May West Ham Booked Their Place Back In The Premier League After Just A One Season Absence.

West Ham fans believe they will have to stay up during the 2012/2013 season. To me West Ham Were a side who should never have been relegated, their club and fan base is far to big not to be in the Premier League. I believe they will stay up, they must stay up, they are more than capable of achieving this. @Tomrichardson16 said He would like to see West Ham 'Secure' their Premier League Status again. Also saying he would like West Ham to 'Push for a mid table finish'. He said their team is more than capable to do this.

These Are My 10 Reasons Why They Will Stay Up:

10. The Owners Backing.

David Gold and David Sullivan have been criticized by many for ways they run their club, but there is no doubting their hunger to succeed and do well for whoever they are owning. CB holding LTD also own 35% of West Ham United, i don't know much about these but they are an investment company. Back to the David's they have proven they are willing to spend money after the January Spree in 2012, signing Ricardo Vaz Te and Nicky Maynard. This is showing the club has capability to sign great players. West Ham have also completed their first two summer signings. They have signed out of contract Wigan Midfielder, Mohammed Diame, and Former Bolton Keeper Jaaskelainen.

9. The Fans.

West Ham fans are absolutely fantastic, they always back their team 100% home or away. With their vibrant singing and their wild atmosphere just a few minutes of singing can get the players raring and 100% ready to win the match. The fans can be heard very well at Upton Park, it is an enclosed stadium with the Fans very near to the pitch. The club has great traditional anthems they sing before, during and after each game.

8. Experience.

West Ham have experience all round the club, from the Owners, Manager and Even Players. If you think about the players that have played in the Premier League previously they are nothing but Quality. The Likes Of Noble, Cole, Matty Taylor and Kevin Nolan are all quality, They have all previously been there before and all wear the shirt with passion.

7. The Strikers.

Many Criticized the way West ham rotated the strikers but in the end it paid off as they won the Play offs. With Sub strikers in the Quality of Nicky Maynard, Freddie Sears and Sam Baldock they couldn't of expected any different. West Ham Scored the second most amount of goals in the Championship during the 2011-2012 season. With Vaz Te bagging 12 in 18 after his undisclosed move to Upton Park from Barnsley. I think with the quality of these Strikers they will have no problem scoring goals in the Premier League.

6. Goalkeeper.

I think after the departure of Rob Green, Jussi Jaaskelainen has a lot to live up to, i think he can easily gain a lot of respect from the fans as his goal keeping will do all the talking for him. With great success at Bolton he has the experience to have a fantastic season, obviously with big Sam formally being at Bolton, he will know how to get the best out of Jussi.

5. Their Leaders.

The spine of West Hams team will be one of the most passionate you will see next season. With Nolan (Captain) and Noble (Vice-Captain) in the centre of Midfield passion is a thing the Hammers do not lack. James Tomkins, Gary O'Niel and Matty Taylor also stand out as real leaders. A big key to success for any team is the way the players act mentally as well as Physically, with a strong mind set i think West Ham can achieve a lot in the foreseeable future.

4. The Tactics.

Since the arrival of Big Sam, West Ham haven't been allowed to just go out and play, Sam has a way in which he makes sure the players stick to their game plan for as long as possible, some pundits and neutrals have spoke badly about West Ham because they played a long ball game for parts of the season, but you can't complain when it works. With a big man like Cole up front why wouldn't you knock balls up for him to control. Whatever their tactics last season they gained promotion, and that was the objective.

3. Upton Park.

I have already said that the fans will play a key part, but even without the fans, Upton Park is a hard place to go. It can be a very tight pitch to play on and that could frustrate expansive teams. It is a great pitch for set pieces and Big Sam will work on these a lot i am sure. With Upton Park being a compact stadium the noise of the fans can really sound loud out on that pitch.

2. Set Pieces.

West Ham's team is Very tall and could cause a lot of distress to teams that struggle to defend set pieces. With many players able to take the set pieces they will have a lot of height to aim for in the penalty Area. Kevin Nolan always makes it hard for the goal keeper to come and claim, this could also be a big help.

1. Big Sam.

Big Sam, as i like to call him is a really good manager, not only can he handle a big ego but he can make his players play as he says. He is a great manager and has proved his worth before. With both Blackburn and Newcastle sacking Sam i think he has found his match with West Ham as the fans have took to him kindly. I think Sam will be the key reason that West Ham Will Stay up.
